So, cool (or warm) air is delivered precisely to each area, only as needed. By simply setting the individual thermostats to their desired levels, motorized dampers in the air ducts close and open as needed, thus delivering optimal comfort at all times.

Wonderful company! They offered me $39.95 maintenance and also threw in free video inspection of my ductwork. They thoroughly cleaned my system and also added Freon, there was such a big difference in my air flow after they left. My system is close to 8 years old and I expected them to try and convince me to buy a new system but the technician was polite and honest and said although my system was old it was in good shape.
