Our Preferred Customer Program provides two seasonal maintenance checks per year (one in the spring/summer for cooling, and one in the fall/winter for heating). We cover all critical components to keep your system performing safely and efficiently.
Air Conditioning Maintenance Scope
This crucial check prepares your system for the heavy cooling season:
- Inspect and calibrate thermostat and controls
- Clean and inspect condenser & evaporator coils
- Check refrigerant levels and system pressures
- Clean or replace air filters
