Airrific is an absolutely wonderful company! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, and fair. Their owner, Todd, is kind, honest and always willing to help. Dustin just improved the AC drain line in such an unobtrusive way. Check out the pics. You can't even tell the new pipes are there!! I give them the highest recommendation possible!! They are simply the BEST!!

I do not recommend Airiffic Air Conditioning and Heating based solely on a very disappointing experience with the owner of this company, Todd. Unfortunately, during an unusually hectic week, I completely forgot to cancel my appointment, but I had already fixed the problem with my AC myself. The technician arrived as scheduled, and I repeatedly apologized for my mistake. At that time, the technician, pleasantly and professionally agreed to cancel the call. I was planning to call the company and offer my sincere apologies and would gladly pay a service fee to compensate the company and technician’s time. Instead, Todd called me first, ridiculing me, stating that I should be embarrassed and accountable for my inconsiderate behavior, which I repeatedly owned up to. I asked him what I could do to rectify the situation, in which he stated I could do nothing and declined. I am a Healthcare professional and am experienced interacting with people in stressful times. I also understand the importance of treating people with professionalism, understanding, and grace when someone admits that they are wrong rather than responding in a belittling and demeaning manner. After reading similar reviews online, I felt it was important to share mine as well in hopes that he can be more forgiving to others in the future. Customer service and respect matter, especially coming directly from the owner.

Our experience with Airrific was stress free. Nathan arrived within 3 hours of our phone call of distress on a Friday and worked dilagently for a couple of hours to fix our problem. I’ve been using Airrific for multiple years now. Today was for cleaning and maintenance check in which he did find something that needed replacing. If I did not have the maintenance contract it may have been discovered too late. Nathan is always on time. Courteous and professional. Ron Curtin Oct. 21, 2021 Nathan Lebon was our Airrific technician that came to our house today. Nathan worked thoroughly and conscientiously. He was very considerate and seemed quite knowledgeable. Ron Curtin May 12, 2022 Nathan Lebon was thorough & conducted our maintenance service as the expert technician that he is. Aug. 23, 2022 William was our technician today. The drip pan had water accumulating in it. This happened last August 2021, & William cleared & drained it. Today he added a piece that hopefully will rectify the situation. He is very knowledgeable & friendly. Aug. 25, 2022 Dustin & Anthony were here from 10:00-11:00 AM. Dustin is confident that he rectified the situation. There is still a little water in the drip pan. I will keep an eye on it in next few days. Hopefully it will dry up. Nov. 14, 2022 Nathan Lebon was our technician today for our bi-annual service. He is quite thorough and completes the maintenance efficiently. May 17, 2023 Nathan Lebon is a terrific technician. He is always conscientious and friendly. Always look forward to having him take good care of our Airrific AC System. Nov. 21, 2023 Will Burkett was our technician today. He performed a thorough inspection of the A/C sustem & replaced tubing & the filter. Excellent employee. May 14, 2024 Anthony Albrecht was our service technician today. Was struck by the Technician's diligence and thoroughness in probing and correcting the root cause of my newly installed A/c's failure despite the job taking him up to 8PM to complete the job

Airrific installed a new air conditioning unit about six weeks ago. They have had to come back twice since because of leaks in the refrigerant system which have prevented the unit from reaching desired temps. One thinks the installation should have detected leaks before completion .

From start to finish we recieved excellent on time service. Which included a total removal of our 11 year old AC system to the Installation of our New AC System. The workers were efficient, went above and beyond, and were patient with questions and very informative. They also continued the work during some inclimate weather so as to meet time frame promised. The clean up after the job as well as the attention to detail during the work was an example of Journeyman/Skilled Craftsman which is so rare these days. We are completely satisfied with the work, the pricing and a job well done...!!! We recommend to all who have any AC needs...also I was not financially compensated for this review. I have been with this company since somewhere around 2008. I was influenced by a commercial from another company a few years ago, where I soon realized there was nobody as good as Arrific. Their response to my needs is excellent. Their technicians are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Great Company.

I just had an annual maintenance preformed on my A/C system. I think the tech was very thorough with his check up and didn't try to pressure me with an up sale. Please give Todd and his crew a try for your next service or replacement.

Did a great job on my AC unit today but I wish the installers last year had told.me that my Electric Air Filter was not working when they installed it. Ordered a new one today!

Monday, July 10, 20203 I called this morning to say the unit was not working again and Airrific had someone over within the hour with our part to fix the unit. We are both so please with these two young men and their competence and knowledge. William did not talk down to me and I found that refreshing as a woman. We are switching over to Airrific from another company that we just signed with. So far 10 stars!!

Since moving to Florida, we were experiencing problems with our air conditioning drain lines clogging and shutting down the air conditioning units. Last year, we switched our A/C maintenance over to Airrific Air Conditioning and Heating, and we have not had any further issues with our A/C drain lines clogging. We will be relying on Airrific going forward! Nathan is extremely professional and hardworking - he is very thorough in his inspection and testing, and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions about our air conditioning units and to recommend steps that we can take to maintain our equipment in between service calls.

Airriffic has been my a/c repair and bi-yearly check up company for approximately 5 years now. This company doesn’t pressure or scare me into to buying anything I don’t need. I live in Florida, my unit was installed in 2010 and although it is running great, the time is coming to replace the unit. We have all heard those stories. And, to be real, sometimes new units or parts don’t work due to mechanical failure- it happens. This company is faith based. They stand by their work ethic, and best of all, their employees are treated fairly and with respect. Every time there has been an appointment, they are either ahead of time or letting me know there is a delay and they will be getting back to me asap. I heard about this company from The Joyfm 88.1 in Sarasota. And if Airrific is good enough for this Christian radio station, they are good enough for me.

We’ve been using them for years. These kind of repairs are expensive, but it’s so nice knowing that you get really somebody good. The young gentleman that’s come out the last two times is just terrific. We trust him a great deal. To be honest, he’s one of the main reasons we like the company. But we’ve also met other, super good technicians.

Absolutely a true blessing!!!! They came within one hour! After getting a quote from another company saying we need a whole new unit for thousands, they found the problem and cost $700! I heard them advertised on JoyFM and I don’t know why I didn’t call them first except God told me “what about that one on JoyFM”… you guys are a true blessing to the community!!!

I was as unimpressed with their service as they were with wasting my time. They rescheduled my prepaid biannual maintenance three times (on the day they were supposed to arrive and in one instance after they were supposed to have arrived). On the day they actually showed up, they arrived past their scheduled appointment window. When I pointed out that they caused me to lose money from my business by sitting around waiting for them, the owner told me "he wasn't impressed" with this concern. Not only is their customer service terrible, but they are overpriced. Their price for freon is almost double their competitors and their HVAC replacement cost is 50% more than their competitors. Do yourself a favor and call a different company.

I’m a new customer but so far my interactions have been fantastic. I dealt with both Anthony and Tony and they were outstanding, explaining everything along the way. Airrific was also the first company I called that could come check the problem the same day. Everyone else was 2-5 days. Thanks Anthony and Nathan and everyone at Airrific.

I came home today to a hot house. 91 degrees inside! I called Airrific and they were able to get here within 2 hours. Nathan replaced a capacitor and got the AC cooling again. I am sure they prioritized me, and I am so appreciative!

I just had a very, very good experience with Airrific on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend. Our air conditioner was acting up and I called on a Sunday and left a message. I received a callback early Monday morning to advise that someone could be there as the first appointment of the morning. Will, the technician, was early and proceeded to troubleshoot the situation all the while talking me through the steps he was taking. He gave me his diagnosis of the situation and indicated that at least one part replacement was required. He indicated that the parts distributor would not be open until the next day, Tuesday. He did, however, locate a used replacement part in this truck and installed it. It got the system up and running and we were spared any inconvenience from the heat. He said there would be some options to consider and that I would get a call back on Tuesday morning. As promised, I received a call back from Todd, the owner, on Tuesday morning, who clearly outlined three possible solutions. They ranged from replacement of the part to re-placement of two parts of better quality for slightly more, and possibly giving consideration to replacing the entire unit, which he would do at a discount. The installation would also include, at no extra cost, a modification to the duct system which would ensure greater efficiency and a reduced chance of problems down the road. I told him I was grateful for the thorough explanation and discussion of my current and future system needs. Additionally, I told Todd that Will was very professional and thoroughly informative during his visit and that I appreciated it very much. Long story short, I am writing this review to let everyone know that it is a good feeling to know that Airrific is taking care of my air-conditioning needs. I highly recommend them for installation and all maintenance needs.

If I could give Airrific 100 stars (or more!) I would. I had Anthony today------had NO AIR on this humid hot day--------he must have found more than 5 service issues with my newer A/C unit----and repaired them ALL! Double and triple checking for me as I am recently widowed and have ONLY reputation and training of Professionals to count on......You can count on AIRRIFIC for sure! He worked all morning until 2PM on my A/C------and within 20 minutes, the entire house was so cool ------Thank You to the Pros at Airrific !! Sarasota, FL.

Todd gave me an excellent deal I can’t refuse replacing my old A/C with new one. His technicians, Will and Dustin are professional and did a great job installing the units in one day. I will recommend a job well done by Airrific Air Conditioning!

Updated April 8, 2024: excellent service and communication from technician Nathan. Upgraded to 5 stars. November 25, 2019: I downgraded my original five-star rating after replacing the motor that was still under warranty. Airrific charged $85 warranty processing fee AS WELL as charging an extra hourly fee of $97.50 labor for driving to Tampa to retrieve the part. And they charged $85 service call plus $97.50 hourly fee to diagnose the problem, then $97.50 labor to replace the part...altogether I paid $462.50 to replace a part under warranty. The actual time needed to replace it was 10 minutes.

Best AC service in Sarasota. Quick to respond, fair prices and they do great work.

Nathan just fixed our AC unit and saved us $$ with a different diagnosis than the 1st quote we got. Glad we decided to get a 2nd opinion…Thank You Airrific for having a great technician and a great manager on your team.
